Carawaraweg Appertments 

The Carawaraweg is located next to Zuurzak, in Curaçao.

 

This road has a length of 0.6 kilometers and is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from well-known tourist attractions such as Caracas Bay, Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel.

 

The project on Carawaraweg concerns the development of a small-scale apartment complex aimed at short-stay guests and young freelancers. In the first phase of the project, work is underway on the construction of four apartments. Each apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom, and a combined living area with an open kitchen. This layout is ideal for short stays or as a living space for freelancers staying in Curaçao. ​

 

In the second phase, the complex will be further expanded with another four apartments. This phase also provides for the construction of a communal swimming pool and a parking space for the tenants. This will make the complex more attractive to holiday makers and freelancers who are looking for a stay with extra amenities. ​ The project combines functional design with an excellent location, making it an attractive option for temporary rental.
